Our Mission

About the Founder
Dr Hemalatha Ramalingam is a Talent Search Consultant who works and liaises with Industry Partners and Universities in carefully selecting best fit talents within the realm of the Tech Industry.
Dr Hema has 20 years of academic experience with two different universities, APIIT/APU and Taylor’s University, where she was part of the School of Computing and IT.
After 20 years of being in academics, Dr Hema then moved on with her career by serving Configura, a reputable Swedish company, as a University Liaison Consultant, before founding Talent Fuel.
